Select similar properties currently on the market.
Select similar properties that are pending sale.
Select similar properties that have recently sold.
Select similar properties that have expired.
Selling or buying a home is an emotional time for both parties. As a
Buyer or Seller you want to know what the market value is for a home
with similar amenities. This will prevent you from purchasing a home
above market value. It will also eliminate the frustration you will
experience if you place your property on the market at an inflated
price.
A home that becomes “stale” because it has been on the market for a long
period of time will cause less interest in your property and fewer
agents marketing it.
